G.T. Fitness brings a fresh approach to group training by utilising an expansive range of equipment, with an equally expansive range of exercises.
At G.T. Fitness we do not run long distances, the most you will run at any time is 15 metres. Why? We believe if you want to run then you should not have to pay someone to watch you run. Our program relies on quality – not quantity, our training is based on short, intense intervals lasting up to 40 secs, we train in pairs or threes or individually. This allows ample recovery time before starting the next interval so you can train with as much intensity again, and again and again.
